About me: Uta is a PhD scholar at IFS. She started the MRes/MPhil/PhD programme at UCL in 2016. Prior to this, she obtained an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Modern Japanese Studies from the University of Oxford. Her current research interests are in the field of Health Economics.
