About me: Before coming to UCL I did my undergraduate in Economics at the University of Warwick. I then did a master’s in Economics at UCL, before starting on the UCL Economics MRes/PhD programme. I have also worked for a year as a Civil Servant in HMRC.
My research: My research focuses on models of bounded rational decision making in relation to public economics. In particular I am interested in the economic theory of optimal taxation with boundedly rational agents, and how to model boundedly rationality in other areas relating to government policy such as education choices, public goods provision, voting behaviour etc. This aims to enrich understanding of the effects of policy in these areas.
