The National Centre for Research Methods are running a free event in London next Thursday 1 November on ‘Social science methods and automated data algorithms’.
This ‘Ahead of the Curve’ event will address questions such as:
- Is there an interface between social science methodology and automated data algorithms (ADA)?
- What can ADA learn from social science methodology in understanding the social world?
- What are the implications of ADA for transparency, accountability and fairness?
We have an excellent panel of speakers lined up for the event, including:

The event is being held at the Urban Innovation Centre from 11am – 4pm, and lunch is included.
